Oh, YUM, 400! It’s 4:15 in the afternoon here, and I’m about to start my own Thanksgiving dinner…Chicken breast stuffed with, what else?–sage and onion stuffing, sweet potatoes, sweet corn I froze last month, a small salad, and then? Pumpkin pie I baked yesterday from scratch!
Happy, happy Thanksgiving…I’d better get started now, huh?

Oh, the pie was very, very delicious, Googsy…not too sweet (though I used organic sugar AND raw honey), with just the right amount of spice (I always have added a bit extra ginger)!
