I am down to the last 25 days and I must say that it is hard to come up with something poignant, witty, humorous or intelligent every day…. every day for 375 days so far. As my regular readers will attest – most of them can figure out which days I am completely exhausted and barely able to keep my eyes open at the keyboard. These are the days when the “Silent Saturday” or “Mute Monday” posts tend to go up.
There are other days when I incessantly babble but really do not make much of a point. Then there are days like today, days when I really want to say something that is meaningful to others, but I sit here with my pillow very loudly calling my name – it is a dilemma.
Today, 25 day ’til 40, I try not to waste my space within cyberspace and I also am cognizant of the fact that my readers should not be wasting their time reading my rambles that are placed in cyberspace without proper time devoted to them. Perhaps tomorrow I should commit to writing my blog post earlier in the day – like just after my morning coffee!

You know, I’m honestly very impressed that you’ve been able to blog every day. I was in the habit of posting *almost* daily and it’s exhausting. Now I only post 2-3 times a week and I really wish I could post more often, but work is trying to kill me. (And succeeding)
What are you going to do when you get to 0 Days Til 40?

Thank you so much! There are days when it is not easy – I am not sure what I am going to do when I reach 40…. I will definitely keep blogging – perhaps in this forum, or perhaps in a new format… but it will not be daily!!! 🙂

When the pillow calls, it is best to answer, 400! The body/brain is telling you to rest, and sort out all the events of the day! P.S.: I don’t think you ‘ramble’ at all! And I love today’s ‘Winter’ image…can almost smell that lovely pine!

On days like this, you can remind yourself how much you’ve stretched your creative and intellectual boundaries in coming up with SOMEthing–ANYthing–every day for almost a year. That is a noteworthy feat in itself!

Given my insane lack of ability to post anything with any degree of regularity… you’re leaps, bounds and space-shots ahead of me and a great many other bloggers out there and even on your silent days you find a nice quote or image or something to share.
It’s inspiring, shaming and motivating for the rest of us and I can’t speak for anyone else but I thank you for it all.

I just want to say thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings everyday, even on the days that you are feeling really tired. It truly isn’t easy to have to write a post daily so kudos to the commitment you have made! I guess from the point of the reader, one doesn’t really think about how easy/difficult it can be for the writer to find something to write about, especially on such a frequent basis and readers can afford to take it for granted and count on the fact that there will always be a post to read. So thank you for keeping up with your wonderful posts, ‘silent’ or not and to me, it doesn’t matter if you’re just rambling on without a point. It’s just interesting to know what’s going on in other people’s minds sometimes 🙂
