Life is a gift, and it offers us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to give something back by becoming more. ~ Tony Robbins
Success comes from knowing that you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming. ~ John Wooden.
I love the espalier trees! When I see them I think about growth, very, VERY slow growth! These trees must be trained over time to grow in patterns that are not natural for them. Over time they are trained and these trees grow in gorgeous patterns. It is amazing when trees and nature are grown in art. I think it is a great example in our own lives. Sometimes it takes time to change and grow and learn new patterns. If we are able to persevere over time, something beautiful develops in the end.
Today, 93 days ’til 40, I am thankful for the opportunities for growth and development we all have – I am thankful for the process of becoming.

Sometimes I’m frustrated at my own very, very slow growth. But apparently, there is a purpose.

Great advice here, 400! Inner growth is so very important…yet I fear it’s not a No. 1 priority among most people.
Gorgeous image…the braiding is the most intricate I’ve ever seen…making for a very fine analogy!
